Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BioOps, including the website, mobile app, Apple Health sync, and MCP server. If you do not agree, do not use BioOps. Contact contact@bioops.app with questions.

What BioOps Is

BioOps is a software tool for syncing Apple Health records you authorize, storing those records in your account, reconstructing sleep summaries, and exposing selected data to MCP clients you authorize. BioOps is currently an early-stage service and may change, pause, or stop features.

No Medical Advice

BioOps is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or clinical decision-making. Data, summaries, charts, AI-client output, and MCP responses may be incomplete, delayed, wrong, or misinterpreted. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions and call emergency services for urgent issues.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of data you sync or use.
  • You are responsible for your account, devices, sign-in provider, and MCP clients you authorize.
  • You must not use BioOps to violate law, infringe rights, attack systems, scrape excessively, or harm others.
  • You must not rely on BioOps as your only storage location for important health information.

Third-Party Services And Clients

BioOps depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication, Apple Health, and clients you choose to connect. BioOps is not responsible for third-party services, outages, model outputs, security practices, or privacy practices. Review the terms and policies of any MCP client or AI system before authorizing access.

Health Data And Permissions

You control HealthKit permissions on your device. If you grant access, the BioOps mobile app may read and upload supported Apple Health records. You can revoke HealthKit permissions in iOS settings and revoke MCP access in BioOps where available.

Availability And Changes

BioOps is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms, and material updates may require acceptance before continued use of authenticated features.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioOps is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and security.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioOps and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, health outcomes, or business; or claims arising from medical decisions, third-party services, AI-client outputs, unauthorized access, interruption, or data inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of BioOps and its owners and operators for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid BioOps in the previous twelve months or USD $100.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BioOps and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of BioOps, your data, your connected clients, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, or would expose BioOps or others to liability. You may stop using BioOps at any time and request deletion by contacting contact@bioops.app.
